Vintage Vox, used in many 1960s bands including The Velvet Underground. Body: 5-sided solid wood with original white finish. Neck: Maple with thick profile and ebony fingerboard. 21 frets, pearl dot inlays, 34″ scale. Width 1.79″ at nut, 2.17″ at 12th fret. Pickups/Hardware: Single-coil pickups read 6.53K (neck) and 6.46K (bridge). Original knobs, selector switch, bridge, pickguard, and open-back tuners. (serial 206539) Cosmetic Condition: Plenty of honest play wear. No breaks. Well loved, not abused. Playability: Original frets show some play wear, but plenty of life left. Nice low action. Fully set up and intonated in shop. Modifications/Repairs: Finger rest moved to above E string, replaced pickguard.
